“OneScrip” is a service provided by General Creative LLC (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “our company”). These Terms of Service define the relationship between users of our services, including “OneScrip” and all related services, and our company. These Terms apply to all matters arising from the use of our services.

Article 1 (Definitions)

The definitions of terms used in these Terms are as follows:

Article 2 (User Registration)

Users must register using the method prescribed by our company, and will be issued an ID (hereinafter referred to as “ID”) by our company.

Users must register a contact method, such as an email address or Twitter account, through which they can promptly receive and confirm messages from the service. This contact information must not be shared with third parties, as it will be used to verify the user’s identity.

Minors without parental consent cannot register as users. If such cases are discovered, the user’s eligibility will be revoked.

Article 3 (Service Fees)

The usage fees for this service are as follows:

Basic service: Free

Fees for specific services: Paid (as stated in individual service or plan descriptions)

We may change the fees without prior notice. In such cases, we will notify users through the service’s website or other means.

We may temporarily suspend service provision, including the use of points, to verify payment legitimacy.

Unless required by law, we are not obligated to refund any fees already paid, regardless of reason.

Article 4 (Responsibility and Disclaimer)

We are not responsible for any disputes, claims for damages, or other liabilities arising from the use of this service. Users are responsible for managing their own ID, passwords, and data, including backing up such data. We assume no responsibility for any damages or claims resulting from data loss or theft by third parties.

Additionally, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or validity of any content provided via this service. We do not endorse any opinions displayed through the service.

Users understand that they may be exposed to content that is offensive, harmful, inaccurate, or misleading. We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from such content.

Article 5 (Prohibited Conduct)

Users are prohibited from engaging in the following actions. If any are violated, we may suspend or terminate access, delete content, or change registered information or plans, without notice:

• Obstructing the operation of this service
• Violating any laws or regulations
• Acting against public order and morals
• Impersonating or misleading others into thinking they are another user or us
• Defaming, damaging the reputation, or causing mental harm to others or us

• Posting intentionally false content
• Concealing advertisements within content
• Engaging in acts that may be considered child pornography or abuse
• Posting content harmful to minors
• Violating third-party content policies (e.g., Google Adsense)
• Violating terms of linked services like Twitter
• Posting content inciting discrimination, hostility, or violence
• Promoting hate against specific racial or ethnic groups
• Unauthorized access, including through access-boosting tools
• Misuse or encouragement of account trading or other violations
• Creating content unrelated to user activity
• Excessive affiliate marketing or redirects
• Posting plagiarized content
• Spamming to or from this service
• Excessively repeating user registrations or content creation
• Repeatedly posting meaningless or identical content
• Promoting or engaging in pyramid schemes
• Continuously posting emergency content
• Putting excessive load on servers or networks
• Using this service’s storage solely for external image hosting or reference
• Posting or referencing locations that distribute harmful viruses, code, files, or programs
• Encouraging misuse of this or other services, or referencing places that promote such behavior
• Publishing content primarily for third-party advertisements or links unrelated to the service’s intent
• Promoting or selling information products via portals or timelines
• Posting content that violates plan restrictions or falsifying usage plans
• Intentionally removing or obscuring banners, notices, or ads placed by the service
• Any other actions deemed inappropriate by our company

Article 6 (Management of User Data)

We do not guarantee the preservation of any user-created content or data, whether the service is used for free or paid. We may suspend or delete accounts that remain inactive for a certain period. We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by data deletion or service suspension.

We may change content visibility settings, suspend or delete accounts, or edit content if we detect violations, spam, security risks, or inappropriate settings. We assume no responsibility for resulting losses or damages.

Article 7 (Service Termination)

We may terminate all or part of the service with prior notice, which will be posted on the website. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses caused by service termination.

Article 8 (Content Usage and Rights)

Copyright of content created by users belongs to the user. However, we reserve the right to:

• Place ads on user content,
• Repost or summarize content,
• Display ads in links,
• Publicize user or organization names/logos on our website or brochures,
• Use access data for analysis,
• Permit or prohibit third-party reuse (paid or free) of content outside the service

Article 9 (Supplementary Terms and Agreements)

We may distribute or post separate documents such as “Terms,” “Policies,” or “Guidelines.” Individual contracts with users may also modify or supplement these Terms.

Article 10 (Revisions to the Terms)

We may revise these Terms without user consent if:

• The revision benefits all users, or
• The revision is necessary, reasonable, and does not conflict with user expectations

We will notify users of changes and their effective date in advance via the website.

Continued use of the service after the revision takes effect implies acceptance of the new Terms.

Article 11 (Disclaimer)

We are not liable for any damages incurred by users through use of the service. We are also not liable for any damages users may cause to third parties — these are to be resolved by the user at their own cost and responsibility. Even if violations are discovered, we are not obligated to issue warnings, bans, or take any other action.

Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of disputes, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
