Bluesky Integration

Connect your Bluesky account to OneScrip.

Prerequisites

• An active Bluesky account
• Access to your target OneScrip project
• Browser popup permission enabled

Connection Steps

1. Open the Integrations page in OneScrip
2. Click Connect for Bluesky
3. Approve the request on Bluesky's permission screen
4. Return to OneScrip and confirm the connected status

Key Notes

• Manual app-password generation is no longer required
• OneScrip only uses the permissions you approved
• You can disconnect from OneScrip or Bluesky settings

Troubleshooting

Common Issues

Connection window does not open

• Allow browser popups
• Check if an extension is blocking the connection popup

Not connected after approval

• Ensure you completed all permission steps
• Refresh and retry the connection flow

Authentication error

• Verify your Bluesky account is active
• Disconnect from provider settings, then reconnect

Required Credentials

• Service URL (typically https://bsky.social)
• Handle (example: username.bsky.social)
• App Password

Steps

1. Generate an app password from Bluesky settings
2. Enter service URL, handle, and app password in OneScrip's manual fields
3. Save and confirm the connection status

Notes

• App passwords cannot be shown again after creation; store them securely
• Revoke unused app passwords from Bluesky settings
